The PouchMark labeling and coding system is designed to work with many different styles of pre-made Pouches including Flat Pouches and Stand-Up Pouches. Pouches are loaded into a vertical magazine. They are pulled one at a time and actively squared using our patent-pending two-sided squaring mechanism. This ensures accurate and repeatable pouch marking. Once the pouch is marked, it is discharged into a collection bin.

Pouch marking options include Label Application (either Pre-Printed or Print & Apply), and Direct Thermal (data is printed directly on the pouch). Simple tool-less adjust-ments allow the pouch to be marked in virtually any loca-tion.

The PouchMark is also available with a high-capacity pouch magazine, and can interface directly to pouch filling equipment.
